Food offers a transactional, immaterial and ephemeral experience, based on exchange, meeting and participation. In addition, our practices aim to bring the public closer to an intangible and interpersonal dimension through participation in the experience.

In that way, the work is created thanks to the participation of the spectators. By ingesting the food, the public entered into a sharing game, proposed by the artists. The food is therefore the means favouring this relationship between the artist and the public. As a result, the shared experience is making visible an artistic intention that is not limited to the creation of a work of a contemplative and material nature, but rather a participatory work, in other words, event-driven, materialised as a circumstance and created through an exchange game.
